The Off-White x Air Jordan 5 PS is the preschool youth sizing of the special colorway created by Virgil Abloh as part of his continuous partnership with Jordan Brand. The limited February 2020 release is part of Jordan Brand’s 8x8 collection that brings together eight of Chicago’s most boundless creators for their take on Air Jordan apparel and footwear. Abloh's unique design features a deconstructed upper built in foam, mesh, and transparent film with die-cut circles placed randomly on the body and tongue. All of Off-White's now-signature styling is also applied, including the use of Helvetica text on the laces and medial side. A reflective tongue features Jumpman branding and embroidered “23” detailing on the heel calls back to the original styling of Michael Jordan’s “Player Exclusive” version. Classic Nike Air detailing on the heel and a pre-yellowed outsole give the shoe a decidedly vintage look. Release date: February 15, 2020.
